備主要特點

1.該設備屬于電阻點凸焊機的一種，由機架結構，焊接變壓器，控制系統，水冷焊接電纜，點焊焊槍等幾部分組成。電氣主回路采用二極管可控硅無觸點開關，電路開關時間迅速，準確。焊接時間可通過控制系統精準調節，焊接重復性與一致性好，維護方便。

2.相對于DN系列電阻點凸焊機，具有體積小，重量輕，等特點，焊機、焊槍都可移動,在結構上破除了老式焊機的固定電極臂舊模式。機器下面配有四個滾輪，移動方便，同時使用時不需要氣壓，配有2米長的通水焊接電纜及手持式點焊槍，操作起來特別靈活，方便，選用不同的焊鉗，可以實現手提式鉗式點焊，單面單點點焊等功能。

3.焊接范圍一般為0.1mm---4.0mm的低碳鋼，碳鋼，鍍鋅板，不銹鋼等多種金屬，廣泛應用于各種板金，箱體，柜體，鐵質家具，不銹鋼廚房制品，不銹鋼門業制造及鐵絲鋼絲網片漏焊之后的重新補焊等的焊接。
